Virtual Assistant models and contracts?

I'm looking to make the leap to the Virtual Assistant on the floor and I wondered if Forms are free models available and legal. If anyone knows of any free information, can you please recommend trusted vendors of those products as I do not actually use can really afford to drop the shot of making money on the scams they are. Or is it another way around this?
