What I can do to get more business as a virtual assistant?

I am a licensed and insured VA. I have a website business cards, and brochures. I go to the networking of various events in the region. I am a member of VIA and chamber area. I ads on free sites like Craigslist, but also they have on Facebook and MySpace. Send senders and do some telemarketing. So far, I have very few answers and I do not know what else to do. Consider placing ads newspapers, local magazines but charge $ 900 per month for business card ads, I can not afford a huge print campaign. What I can do to help people?
