Are you virtual desktops under contract with a real physical construction? What are the advantages and disadvantages?

I'm looking for Downtown Los Angeles with a skyscraper and want to make sure it's a good idea. They have a live receptionist, messaging and conference rooms available. Also, then can move to a real desktop – once cyclical.

It gives you a professional perspective and the Chamber if you need someone. Sounds like a win win for me.
