Could anyone Guide me on What I need to Set-up a Virtual Office as I am looking to Work as a VA?
How could I have a system differentiate between who is calling and to answer in specific company names?
Essentially you have a variety of different phone numbers all routed to you. You get an on-screen message that says what to answer as.
Normally this requires a sophisticated PBX and telco connection, but google suggests the ereceptionist system which might be suitable.
